demolition has begun

The walls, some floors, the ceiling are heading to the trash. Kim will build new walls, higher ceilings and put the electrical in.

    Wow--no time wasted! Finally got a look at the plans. I love that the piano is actually on the floor plan. That is a man worth keeping!

    So, its all one level? Basement?
